I had a great swift experience at Valvoline. The young man that did my service was superb. He also helped me to realize that my air conditioner filters needed to be changed to get rid of the occasional stitch from my AC. Great customer service !

The most pleasant & convenient experience I've ever had getting an oil change. I was greeted in the parking lot & told which bay would be available next. Everything was checked: lights, fluids, wipers, tire pressure, etc. Everyone working there was professional & polite. The whole process took less than half an hour. So much better to sit in the car and drive away rather than drop my car off at my local car repair shop. I will be back even though this is not near my house. Highly recommend!

I went in to get an oil change. Nothing wrong with my car before I got there. After going into the bay of your garage. Your staff remove the Oil Filter, with Connection Piece. Took it away from the car for a good few minutes. Then the employee came and told me the last person who did my oil change did not know what they were doing. He then show me the connection piece and was somehow broken. And told me I need a new one. He then printed out what the part was and told me I can still drive it. And if I wanted he can order me a new part. Also that the oil light would go on because of the broken piece. I find it strange that nothing was wrong with my car before I brought it in for an oil change. To me what happen is your staff broke the connection piece and then blame it on the last person that change the oil. What kind of employees does your company hire that are incompetent and then lie about it? I had to order the part which cost me $50 and then have my mechanic put it in. I won’t ever deal with your company again. And will spread the word the type of people you have working there.

Incredible service every time I go! The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable, making the oil change process quick and hassle-free. I always leave feeling like my car is in great hands!

Steven. Manger Ramel, Ariel, and the assistant manager were all very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, patient, thorough. They went above and beyond just a typical oil change. I will definitely be back and I recommend everyone to pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.
